This website and the VetaSphere platform are provided by Smart Account Vision (SAV). By using them you agree to these terms.

2. Clinical decision-support disclaimer

VetaSphere provides clinical decision-support and practice-management tools. It does not replace professional veterinary judgment and does not diagnose, prescribe or treat animals automatically. All differentials, guidelines and protocols are guidance only; the treating veterinarian is solely responsible for confirming every diagnosis, order, prescription and clinical action.

Use the platform only for lawful veterinary practice purposes.
Keep your credentials secure and respect role-based access.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Accounts and data

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for managing their users' access. Each clinic's data is isolated within the platform.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features described as "coming soon" or offered per their current release status are not warranted as available until released.
