What is VetaSphere?
VetaSphere is an intelligent veterinary practice platform that connects reception, clinical care, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, inventory, billing and accounting — with species-aware clinical decision support — in one system.
Does VetaSphere diagnose or treat animals automatically?
No. VetaSphere provides clinical decision-support only. It never diagnoses, prescribes or orders automatically. Differentials are shown as "consider", and the veterinarian confirms every diagnosis, order and prescription.
Which species are supported?
Companion, exotic and large-animal medicine — dogs, cats, rabbits, avian, exotic companions (ferret, reptile, small mammal), equine and livestock. Guidance auto-filters by the patient's species during a visit, and the knowledge base grows continuously.
Is VetaSphere cloud-based or desktop?
VetaSphere is delivered as a secure, browser-based cloud service that is multi-user and multi-branch. A Windows desktop capability is available for clinics that need on-site operation — offered strictly according to its current validated release status.
What languages does it support?
English and Arabic, including a genuine right-to-left Arabic experience across the public site. Technical support is available in both languages in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
How is our data kept secure and separate?
Each clinic's data is isolated, access is role-based (RBAC), and sensitive actions are audited. See our Security page for more.
Can multiple branches use one account?
Yes. VetaSphere supports multi-branch operation with per-role access, so groups can run several locations from one platform.
How does pricing work?
Plans are Starter, Pro and Enterprise, configured per clinic. Regional pricing for Egypt and the UAE is provided on request — see Pricing and contact sales.
How do we get started?
Request a demo and our team will guide you through onboarding, configuration and training via the Academy. Existing customers can launch VetaSphere directly.
