Signing in, roles & branches
Welcome to VetaSphere. This chapter covers your first sign-in and how the application adapts to your role and branch.

Your first sign-in
- Open your clinic's VetaSphere link and choose Launch VetaSphere.
- Enter the email and password provided by your clinic administrator.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.
Roles & branches
VetaSphere is role-based: reception, veterinarian, lab, imaging, pharmacy/store, accountant and owner/administrator each land on the workspace that fits their job. If your clinic has multiple branches, choose the branch you are working in from the top of the app.
VetaSphere supports the veterinarian's judgment and never diagnoses, prescribes or orders anything automatically.
